Jeffrey Evenson joined Corning in June 2011. As senior vice president and operations chief of staff, he serves on Corning’s management committee and oversees a variety of strategic programs and growth initiatives.
Before joining Corning, Evenson spent seven years at Sanford C. Bernstein as a senior vice president and senior analyst. In this role, he formulated investment recommendations for data networking companies. Previously, Evenson was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led technology and market assessments for early-stage technologies.
Dr. Evenson has a PhD in physics from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a trustee of the Corning Museum of Glass and the Corning Foundation.
